All vehicle rentals in Bolton come with a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you'll receive upon booking confirmation or at the time of vehicle collection. Booking and Payment Process

• Reservations can be made via our website, over the phone, or directly at our Bolton office. A deposit may be necessary to confirm your booking. The remaining balance and security deposit are generally required upon vehicle pickup. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely through trusted payment providers.

Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

• At the time of collection, it is your responsibility to inspect the vehicle carefully and report any pre-existing damage without delay. A vehicle condition report will be prepared and signed by both parties. You are expected to return the vehicle in the same condition it was collected, taking into account normal wear and tear. • The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities or purposes. Activities such as racing, rallying, or off-roading are prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is forbidden. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. Additionally, the vehicle should not be used for purposes it is not intended for, nor should it exceed passenger or weight limits. Driving outside the agreed geographical area without prior authorization is also not permitted.

Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and extra fees.

Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Bolton will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims will not exceed the amount you paid for your rental in the past year. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury due to negligence or fraud.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in this region.
